This organisation was seeking to drive improved communications and team interaction amongst a relatively new leadership team that was geographically distributed across Asia-Pacific.
Assessa assessments were applied in a leadership development program with business leaders from each of the countries in Asia Pacific, who were brought together for a 1 day workshop in Sydney Australia. A key focus was to develop a deeper understanding of each others’ strengths and also challenges in their respective countries to drive increased team effectiveness.
Using the Behavioural Preferences Insight the group results were graphed and identified key development trends and strengths for the team to build upon. This provided the basis for constructive discussion and development activities. Based on the feedback surveys provided 100% of participants felt significantly more confident to be successful in their role based on the initiative.
